every level is 2% more bonus damage and 2% less damage taken, you want your ships as high level as possible for OS bosses

and for OS I'm going to guess your adapts are too low so you were taking full penalty when fighting the stronghold

all I can say is at a glance nothing is seriously wrong with that fleet, besides you being not max leveled, gear not being fully maxed and taking penalties from low adapts, probably alongside some awkward boss mods

I cleared W11 fine with one BB and no Aquila (And pre-UniKai) so this just baffles me even further

this is not going to help level your ships very much so you'll just have to live with that you're not going to hit the 120s you want for getting through OS

At this point for you, W11 is more efficent than D3

do you have mogador, the gun and some of the boxes and prints in the event shop bought out? if not go grind D3

if you do just drop D3 and run 11-1
