u can buy 4 prints from medal shop, though they are a bit expensive, t3 prints are also 3 star rewards from hard world 4 and up

yeah been running 5-4 hard mode, just unlucky

the price just is not justifiable

you need to 3 star more hard mode stages

that's how you consistently get T3 retrofit BPs early on

the problem is i havne't 3 stared the normal and don't have enough oil (farming d3)

but yeah i can def push further in hard mode
