2. do daily missions, use ap boxes to farm C5 zones
3. do hidden nodes, abyssal nodes, stronghold nodes. mob fleets are strong enough for hidden and most of stronghold, as for the rest, there's a reason why we can use 4 fleets
4. do normal arbiter
5. do harbiter (optional)
