ive been playing for a long time but not too hardcore
my pr ship completion rate is so bad 💀 so hoping to get to world 12 to more easily farm
for sp i just cant beat the boss :/ just tried again after awakening what i could but my frontline dies at about 40hp bars left

you're probably fine swapping a couple of ships you'll prefer as long as they're 90+ and MLB
if that's not enough just keep leveling at 11-1
also you'll need to focus your LBs with your bulins, especially URs
gearing wise a lot of the basic pieces you need are there, but I recommend you look up https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/wiki/User:Thebombzen/Safe_To_Scrap_MK_II to streamline what you're holding on to then use https://samheart564.github.io/ECGC/equipment to see which pieces would be better, there are poverty options too
you can also turn to the gear rec list on the tier list but that's not super helpful
