I'd do these in order

Retro Uni > Retro Portland > Build and get Hood's augment

also your URs need to be max limit broken or they'll underperform really badly

just use alsace instead of hood IMO

or the dupe + bulin

cause even after those limit breaks his alsace won't be MLB

but once she's MLB that's when I'll switch to Alsace

one of the main sources of gear early on is by opening tech boxes

if u have white and blue u combine them until u reach this purple
