Hey folks just looking for some guidance. Just finished retrofitting Laffey (got her skill too)

This is my “best” situation atm and I know you don’t need two fleets until you finish w9 blah blah but for example Pennsylvania just seems lacking. She served me well really early on

But I need to look at BB/Bc/Cl options as well as another DD

u want to use D1 as the leveling ground with shigure on the right and shiratytu in the middle
