im trying to lethal 3* 15-3 and i get down to the last mob and 2nd boss with 0 ammo on subs and mob fleet.

2nd to last mob was a 3* cv that wiped my mob fleet since several fights without of ammo and no sub ammo
last mob was also 3* cv that my boss fleet couldnt handle
I have cleared the 2nd boss without subs with my boss fleet before

i seem to have issues with vanguard survivability since that's what died first but not too sure. most likely due to lack of damage without ammo
do +13 washing machines account for that big of a difference? all + levels in my image are identical to what's equipped. major differences are lack of +13 auxes (catapults, washing machine) and laff2 100mm
is there any way i can rearrange my fighting order to clear? im using the /98 team from w15 command

Well to get the obvious out of the way if doing it in lethal doesn't work then why not get it down to safe first

more of a limit testing thing to see if my account is capable of it. pretty sure non lethal is doable but i only get one chance to do lethal

I used them on the 3* main and carrier fleet when at 0 ammo. I picked the hardest mob type and if i got super low hp, i would hit the easier mobs without subs

Maybe my run was unlucky since it was mostly 3* carrier spawns?

Your AA gun set up for the mob fleet isn't quite helping either

at max ammo, go straight to the large air formation and the one guarding it. Then go to 3* large main fleets. then 3* cv. Only use sub ammo when out of ammo and it's a 3* main/cv. Alternate cruiser kills when low on hp

you only get to do lethal couple times per account so i'd like to. i can also wait for +13s before attempting again

Pretty healthy until the out of ammo fights where some stuff starts leaking. but my vanguard would usually die way before musashi does.

Then try to put laffii as main tank

#

She will be permanently low hp, and Shimano and Guam hopefully start out of ammo at full hp and lose only a bit every battle

#

The other way is to shift the RNG from vanguard to main fleet by switching Jeanne and shimanto

#

That loses a lot of AA and also lets Musashi burn from enemy BBs, so you probably would change afct to 🧯

And again the most important thing. If you don't have anything else then at least swap the mob and boss cats

alright thanks for all the suggestions yall, ill try them out! first time being truly challenged in this game so it's interesting to hear about all the different types of strategies and mechanics i've been missing out on

should be able to full clear without subs unless youre trapped with multiple 3 star bb/cvs on 0 ammo

all you need is 2 flame cats on mob, prob still fine without it

3star > 2
bb > cv > dd

only +13 stuff i had were vg stuff and AA guns

the boss is a pushover so doesnt matter much there

also kill 1st boss with mob

prob can do both with boss so doesnt matter too much
