if you got all you can ditch sushi to crossfleet since her performance from the above 4 will drop on light
for your shinano percy akamu comment as mob fleet I would say shinano will probably be rather in boss fleet that's my take

anyway for mob like i said u can pair uni with indep and aquila and for vanguard u can use a combination of strong vanguards like cb as tank, unzen, ddg, harbin, shima, laffey 2

prob all opsi content except strength(mby strength aswell), but strength hard to tank
if she survives then she does the same dmg(~) from main tank vs mid or offtank
that's taking to consideration she survives multiple - all arenas of opsi without going to heal 
idk why but from my experience the 200point cost strongholds never left my mob fleet alive even tho I had retro uni
point taken I never used laffey there
well gearing is important aswell
the faster stuff dies the less dmg u take
if ure running 3cvs mob ull want to run rocket planes for their fighter slots so they can deal with minibosses better

Brest is sufficient for healing in OpSi, that you can drop Unicorn altogether.

so far we are on this replace anything you like to replace so we can fix it also what is actually 4th fleet role in opsi I was thinking about HE bb fleet but the question is if that is actually needed
the 4th fleet role is to take finish what ur other 2 other fleets cant but with appropiate gears then u can just delegate it to crossfleet fleet to boost ur other fleets further
2 rainbow fleets is enough for all content in opsi as long as gear is decent
but if u want to have one then another option is the york2 kear avp - ancho helena aurora(on light)/laff2
if Helena is gonna be used at all I'd rather just stick her with the BBs at that point

perfect depends on each, some ppl like to have specialized fleets for arbiter, some prefer to have static fleets that just work

well strong account is a cumulation of ur ships, gear available, +13 upgraded gear, cats and tech bonuses and oaths to a degree
i'll probably focus myself on getting every research reload ship to 120 now since I am slowly getting everyone to that lvl

you don't need 57s for OpSi mobbing, use Staggs instead
you can also run FP AA guns instead on the vanguard
OpSi mobbing also uses Bf-109Gs/HVARs for mobbing instead of 2 x 1000 Ibs fighters mostly

is quad magnetic better then rainbow quint? I have so many of rainbow ones that I can gear all 4 fleets with them

I also though that sextuple is best for vanguard as aa and staag is best for main fleet i am surprised to see twin 113 there
AA isn't quite that simple and triple sextuple is pretty never the way to go
does the unit order matter?
number 1 is flag/main tank
since you have indep as flag and haran in save spot
the basic theory is that you have the ship with highest single best AA gun slot take the sextuple and equip the rest of the vanguards with 57s/Twin 90s assuming you're facing waves of planes
bearing in mind AA gun range and reload is averaged across the entire fleet
so you can imagine how equipping all your vanguards with a slow reloading and relatively short ranged AA gun isn't quite the best idea

i think the creator of the loadouts ( sushigummy ) got bored of setting the sliders but its safe to have all planes there in used loadouts to +13 except flapjacks, but i wouldnt advise +13 for multiple fleets unless u rly hate swapping

nah plates are farmable so they are not an issue 
also why shouldn't flapjack be +13? just to save plates or is there other reason

the issue is that you could set yourself a few a months behind for no reason if that happens

Unzen's main gun slot is stronger than Hinden's second gun
and it doesn't matter too much which of the UR CA guns you use for that slot

u can run autoloader on soyuz for tighter sync between her and bz
