is there a reason u are not running a second fleet? it will be annoying trying to one fleet 11 and 12 (not impossible though)

the difference between XP and coin income between W10 and W12 is signifciant

your ships are all mostly around level 120 anyway. any extra xp they get is kinda wasted.
if u raise a second fleet rn u are not losing anything since your main fleet is maxed

and besides, Cleveland is EU tech and +1 CL FP both of which will be useful in the long run

i would go so far as to say if u push to ch12 right now u will probably get roon faster since u can get more gold to invest in her (if u wanted to get her to dev30 which tbh is not the best idea when anchorage is coinable and much better)
