First fleet is main, second is wip and this is for shipyard farm; what are some improvements I can do on first and second fleet?

my advice is modify your normal fleets and not make dedicated fleets (that are bad)

Because there are some ships I wouldn't use and this seems very expense and impractical for a newer player to run

Saint Louis is also the easiest ship. There aren't ships better Portland and Helena and usually best starter Laffey
