you don't have the resources for 2 fleets

and a few things to note for the future

1. 0 LB ships are garbage, no exceptions

2. always focus on max limit breaking one ship at time, don't spread your bullins around

Ok question, say I did have the bulins to just, lb whoever. What units of my box would I focus building up for later on. Do I have ANYONE worthwhile sitting there that's only problem is not being max lb
