It should get you a fair way through the story bits of Operation Siren... maybe with some struggles at the end
Probably only struggling against bosses like Abyssals and Arbiter
In terms of ships to train, I'd probably focus on making sure Unicorn gets her levels, since she's going to follow you all the way through the campaign
All your URs are worth raising, but I can see you are badly hamstrung by UR bulin shortages, so those not already MLB will take a fair while to be useful. I would probably prioritise Bismarck and Soyuz (although you may want to wait and see what the CN anniversary UR in May is before investing Bulins).
Definitely get Helena up, since she is always helpful to have around
You probably also want to retrofit Portland at some point in order to complete the rookie missions
You do have a lot of other useful ships around, but none I would prioritise in the short term... probably easier to just focus on the good, high-level ones already available and push on ahead to at least the end of Chapter 12 campaign. You can then use the oilcapped Chapter 12 maps to train whatever else you want at leisure.
Wow i don't know helena is worth to build
There's a lot of... hmmm... hate surrounding Helena, unfortunately, but getting angry with Helena is kind of a veteran player's problem
Before you've gotten your first kills of bosses like Arbiters and META Showdowns, and indeed afterwards, in many cases, Helena remains useful
She is a true "miracle worker", in that she makes the impossible possible, provided you are willing to chance her 60% Radar Scans
yeah i mean your accont same just like mine so many SR & UR but don' know the basic ship for AL content
I'll note, by the way, for campaign pushing... you can probably overwhelm a lot with sheer level advantage, but also double check your equipment... you will want to be able to recognise good equipment from bad and try and get better stuff as you progress
It's not terrible, but improvements can be made (although, again, you will just curbstomp all the way to... probably Chapter 10-ish by sheer level advantage)
Her main gun is fine; her secondary gun could be better, but it is constrained by what equipment you have available; her AA gun is kinda bad; the Rudder is more situational but can be useful in harder campaign content; and the SG Radar is usable, but better options exist
Better AA guns would be the STAAG or Hazemeyer

Sam's guides are a good source for getting a grip on equipment, but it is a lot of info to take in
So don't feel obligated to rush... but it will be useful to understand equipment in the long run
She should, in principle, be permanent by the end of the year, or maybe early next year...
