alba+flasher+homura (no aug) for sub fleet (unless lone wolf u96 is better than homura)
will manual + can +13/lvl 125 as needed
brest needs ~100 BP but i dont necessarily want to stay in 5 just for her. can do if she is much better than Anchorage

In any event, I'd personally swap out FDG's main gun at least in 15-4 assuming you're using her to take on boss 2 (the twin DDs)

Ngl, I arguably used worse clearing W15 the first time manual, so if you're willing to manual, apart from tweaks here and there, it shouldn't be too bad...

Incidentally, 15-1 and 15-2 have no subs, so if you have any reasonable ship to swap in for Laffey for the mob fleet, and with Guam and Shimanto covering your AA, I'd say those two are at least doable... apart from not triggering Shina's 3 IJN req (which you can by swapping Unzen for Jeanne, which is more or less the boss vanguard I brought - but prob only safe to do this manual) Idt clearing at least those two is impossible
But ye, there's no harm waiting for CN anni's probably broken UR to help clear the last hurdles for W15

unzen instead of jean is fine for 15-1 and 15-3 for 15-4 not so much
also ur haku and shinano arent staggered that should also be adjusted but mby if u manual not needed

Tip for the 15-2 boss if you're going to manual... let Soyuz help clear the mob waves (Unzen's preloads help too), save your airstrikes, and summon your subs on the last mob wave (Jintsuu+Sendai)... then unleash all your airstrikes plus everything else you have all at once against the twin BB bosses before they kill your backline

This works against everyone but 15-4 boss, actually, but it was 15-2 that I found it was most useful against bc I very nearly lost York2 my first clear of 15-2 thanks to one sustained attack of the two BBs against her

managed to finish 15 
Alsace worked really well
Strongest boss was actually 15-2
had to restart 1-2 times for rng but that was due to vanguard dying not backline
one time got my backline nuked but it was the CVs not Alsace
i think she might actually survive the nuke without eva gear but cant be sure cuz I didnt manual and hold airstrike to see how much dmg she could take and I am out of oil now 
oh and it was on full auto I didnt manual once
