Alright; in that case, my suggestion would be to focus PR4 and try and get Agir and Hakuryuu; you might want AvP as well, but with Implacable the need is less. PR4 is also where the Bf109G resides, so you should be able to pick up a couple of rocket fighters (and hopefully at least one Tenrai) in the process
Agir will be a boost to your BB fleet, Hakuryuu to your CV fleet

keeping 100% research uptime is half the battle in finishing PR seasons in a reasonable amount of time
if you can't do that then well...

Provided you have oil to spare, there's no reason not to just auto repeat 12-4 whenever you can, esp since you have still got a few ships to get to 120/125 even in the OpSi fleet
You'll gain coins before you know it

If you're on comp, you can try letting it auto repeat in the background and check back whenever you're free

As for your fleets, though, there's nothing I would change right now, since your first three fleets are already very solid, and there aren't any improvements worth training at this stage
Your main priority will be to try and get better equipment, from all possible sources
