i dont think you can equip those on cvl
usually people use beacon and manjuu on them as well for timing if adjusting planes arent enough

No it's just a display, you always have 1 rld tech

Changing tech is done on the lab and fleet technology screen

But I think you should keep it at 1 and instead change the autoloader to +9
