and a few tips:

1-forget about PR for now. this will easily clear up to 12-4. once u are at 12-4 just clear it 10x times and it will become "safe" https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/wiki/Combat#Threat_Level
then u can use very bad ships to farm it when they are around level 90

2- u had a lot of series 3 BPs and i assume u are focusing series 3 in research. change it to series 4 and read this later

they arent really that high of a priority until W14, and even then, your current sub selection is pretty eh outsde of U81

Helena has good utility for her scan and San Diego is a AA carry (Which will be very valuable for W13 and 15) on top of good DPS post-retro
