always focus on max limit breaking one ship at a time rather than seevral at once

Alr yeah makes sense I always get a ship I like then immediately start pouring resources on her which does then make it more difficult to lvl up my other ships

I would switch to Helena now instead of one of the starters but you can also keep using both because xp up for awhile longer. You would have to resort to like Nurnberg for content that requires a CL otherwise which isn't great.

ehh start from kroshtadt's rec except instead of 2 dd go 1 DD + helena. or just keep using the 2 dd for bonus xp

ibuki is dead right now. you're not using any sakura vanguards. at least with roon you have eugen and z23

you can tell yourself that by getting some good ships to L100 you enable the lecture hall engine which makes it far easier to raise the ijn ships you like
