yeah not much else advice to give tbh. level hood skill + unicorn heal. retro uni and portland. your main issue is gear so combine techboxes and open tier 3 ones
also get that portland gun to +6 at least

most of the gear i left at +6 is transitional. if u feel u need to upgrade it beyond 6 because you are struggling that is fine but you should get better gear by then. dont upgrade anything beyond +10 before asking

there's not much you can do to directly intercept bomb boats and planes with current gear however by using the gear you do have more effectively, fights will be shorter, less damage will be taken and so effectively you do intercept better.
you need to enhance sara's fighter, portland's main gun. move sg radar to hood, autoloader to z23, evasion to portland
