Yeah ... The 30% efficiency about balances out the worse performance compared to helldiver. His other slots would get the 30% too.

I think the Ju-87 would be better overall, as it affects the other slots.

Vanguard wise, you have a lot of good ships, but none of them are mlb and all are very low level. Roon is your first priority to drop. You don't have a great tank atm, so until you get a CB or Anchorage it's not worth replacing anyone probably. It would probably be better to just start training up a 2nd fleet once you clear 12-4, given how big of a gap there is between your leveled ships and not leveled ones.

Scylla, Kawakaze (with her aug), Rikka (if you have her gear/aug), Atillio, are all very good.

San Francisco is good too, as is Otto

But you might get better ships than them in the time it takes you to be ready to start prepping your 2nd fleet.
