As much as the "dead enemies don't kill you" mindset is appropriate
You usually can't kill enemies fast enough in the higher maps to avoid said damage

So Uni is there to buy time
The preload definitely helps her a lot in this sense too

arizona as solo healer is viable but you really have to know what you're doing with fleets and gear
