I would honestly just mlb them via the perma UR pity, shima should be added to the perma pool by the time you get NJ mlb

I would also reccomend skipping mlb on kron, but going for mlb with bulins on shinano instead
By going for hakuryuu and avp, you can build a very strong boss setup only needing one gacha UR
