Looks like gear is the biggest problem here. Your fleet comps aren't great either but most of the ships aren't bad. Shimakaze needs to be mlb to be effective. In a fleet you don't want all heavy cruisers, you need some ships with AA and anti sub. I forget if there are subs in w10 normally but if there are they're all going to leak through.

Gear wise, you need to work on upgrading. Nelson's victory flag is bad, so don't use that. A lot of your equipment has no upgrades at all.

Unicorn should be a top priority to start leveling up/retrofitting, as she's just better than Perseus all around.

Move Shima to your boss fleet and Bremerton to fleet 1, putting Hatsuzuki in the middle.

Give Unzen the UR CA gun, not Eugen.

Upgrade that gold quad mag torp and give it to Shimakaze

You don't need multiple of those repair cranes, so scrap those two at +5 for some aux plates

The two twin 380mm gold bb guns are also not great and could be scrapped for plates

It's mostly levels that's off with your gear, but there were some weird ones you had in there too which is why I linked the guides

So how much repair Cranes should i actually keep?

I mean, you'll never actually use any AR if you're playing seriously. If you're messing around, like using Akashi for giggles, she only needs one.

If you're trying to equip every AR in the game, I think there's only 3 atm
