also with decent over leveling you can easily clear most content till 12

you're also missing a tanky ship in boss, so if you're close to getting ancho , roon/saint louis , or can level and mlb eugen,takao(which isn't a priority considering sandy needs a limit break)

i would stay away from warspite since you haven't invested into her yet (and it's better not to), for your second tank use phoenix or smth
