well experience, as well as people who run tests agreeing, as well as in general faction buffers being far inferior to top options, such that it's effecetively a handicap to use them when top options are available

i mean, there's definitely stuff that's better vs stuff that's worse, eventually after running fleets you get a handle on what's what

anyways, also um if you have few ships and are fairly new

i'd encourage to consider more others' perspective when they simply have more experience
