I'm using these for 15-3 but can't kill the boss a second time

I read it but the mob fleet is already pretty beat up by the time I battle the boss a second time, is suciding with the mob fleet resets the debuff for boss one?

I don't know how your mob fleet could possibly be beat up

Did you copy the gear?

I put up the gear I use with levels

by beat up

I mean that laffey 2 gets pretty low

But that doesn't matter

Do the first boss with the mob fleet

Half of lafffii's tankiness is in the last 25% of her hp, and even more if she has healers

Should mob fleet have ammo before the fight?

Yes

You're lethal 3 starring?

3 mobs, first boss, 2 mobs, second boss
That's only one out of ammo battle for the mob fleet

The fleet is perfectly capable of 3 starring on lethal if you want to ignore laffii's low HP and just try

but failed on the boss fight I guess

Because you used the boss fleet for both bosses

You use the boss fleet for the second boss because it's harder
