U are lacking gud ships with ASW

like, Laf2 can be a gud thing in this specific case, also u will need a hedge hog even with others ASW ships...

its enemies SSs u need ASW to 14-3, 14-4, 15-3, 15-4

juneau its quite bad in campaign, start to work on things like Yuukai, Laf2, maybe DDGs, have alot more things related to ASW that can work
