you can replace the uss damage control on laffey ii with an offensive aux if you want cause the torps cover the uss gear restriction

i just changed the BB fleet, the FR number looks good but i need to check in practice

who should i put the manjuu on if not laffey

uh baltimore ig cause pretty sure shes the frailest in that fleet
