vang for 4th fleet is tank dps dps

splitting the power here so that dork gain % relative more power with bz and sushi
but once u 2-3 fleet harbi then feel free to move nj instead of dork there

also maybe hood better than monarch coz light arbi this month

and lvl em all to 120s

and guam can main tank any fleet than isnt anchorage or aegir
if mlbed and lvl then shove in ur 4th bossfleet

mby sushi can also swap with nj this month if nj 125

mby not depends how good cv fleet vang survives
laffey 2 good all rounder

but she doesnt beat ara, sirius for cv fleet
and doesnt beat ply for bb fleet
or hinden/unzen/aurora(when working) for any fleet
so she goes to the leftover spot

1 cube spent = 1 point and u need 400pts doesnt matter what banner u spend the cubes on as long it doesnt have a limited UR in it in which case it doesnt give u pts
