I couldn't clear 14-3 and it's been more than a year since it's release (even chapter 15 already out). What's the easiest way to beat it (and went through 15-4?). I'm pretty goofy ahh in this game not like my passed away best friend who owned this account. I promised to her to get New Orleans (idk about the 15-4 ship drop I never heard it)

Her account progress is drastically far behind (All PR1 until 3 are completed but not a single PR4 finished developed). And many more that she had to retire most of her shipgirls because her dock limit is 193. What should I do (look at extra question no.1).

We know I couldn't retire META ships, should I retire most of her "useless" retireable ships?.

The biggest mistake she made was spent those "special chips" so the shipgirls can become level 125. And SHE SPENT THEM TO CVs and AA CLs because she thought chapter 14 would be AA centralised again. But she was wrong. How long I should farm for those "special chips?". Where can I get many of them except dailies?.
