Then CV fleet 1 would usually be Haku Shina Impla, but idk who to replace Shina with so maybe Impla would also swap with AvP
CV fleet 2 would be Yorktown II, Enty, AvP

Ägir should go to the BB fleet
Having both Percy and Uni in mob fleet is overkill imo, I'd use only 1 of them

You should also raise Sirius and complete your CV fleet with her
Later you will probably shift Sirius to the IJN CVs and put Laffii in the CV fleet, but not sure on that quite yet
The rest is pretty much up to your choice, you can also choose to make one fleet focus on light armor and put Aurora in there

Uhh no you don't want Impla and AvP in the same fleet, they're both stoppers, you want one for each CV fleet
And yeah I'd use Guam instead of Hein
Or use Anchor instead of Hein and Guam instead of Anchor
And I just wouldn't use Kears before dev30, she's missing so much
