Maybe Retro Yuudachi
Most ships you will wanna invest on and level are PR/DR

Aside from Leveling and MLB Shima and Laffey there's not many other ships worth investing rn
You will want to level up Sirius and Ark Royal for OpSi CV fleet later on
Also get Kazagumo from the New Year's Invitation event for the same reason above
She's an staple for it

But you also run 3 CVs in mob for W13
