With one big exception being Warspite that is a waste of resources CheshireXD

They get more stats in general and sometimes they get upgrades to their skills like in the case of Unicorn

You can get the retrofit materials from hardmode and sometimes in guild shop

You need to upgrade them with materials you probably won't have

And the ones you get from Cruise pass are normally not good
