Replace Percy with someone like Volga or Aquila, she won't be contributing anything here
Save Anchorage for the boss fleet imo, she's the best pick for making the entire vanguard survive, and even then she still dies randomly on lethal. Consider developing Brest as she's one of the best picks here
Replace Shima with someone else like Sandy (also where's your Sandy?)
I haven't really used Independence but I'd replace her with York2wn with double fighters. I haven't used Enty too but a healer (whoever you didn't pick on the mob fleet) would be ideal
Ägir would melt because heavy armor takes more plane and torpedo damage, put Anchorage here
Not sure about Cheshire because I didn't use her, was thinking that her dps is not impressive (which is true) and won't contribute much because planes on the boss are more manageable than mob
I don't have JdA to judge her 
but I've seen people use her (and Cheshire) in boss fleets so ig she's a valid option
