You don't really need 2 fleets until W9 btw that's why he only recommended fleet
And there's not many good ships for 2 fleets tbh
You should work on Retrofitting Nelson and level up Helena for later

ah i see ,so i can clear with just 1 fleet . to 3 stars the maps i would need to clear all mobs do i just random;y throw a temp 2nd fleet for that ?

And yeah for 3* you clear all enemies once and then enough for boss to spawn in the next runs

I mean if you use ship you will want to level all her skills to the max
Unless it's something like Portland's skill with her Indy buff thingy which is kinda useless

First get your Ships to 120 and try again, the level gap makes a huge difference
If that doesn't work you can try out these ships although it will cost you and will take you some time:
Helena might help for "Damage buff" what she does is make the enemy receive more dmg, she would replace Roon and move Laffey to the middle
Nelson is better than Hood at bossing so it's good that you are Retroing her

Nah she's bad
Most META ships that you get from Cruise pass are mid to bad

The ones you fight with the Coods you get from Opsi, this period is Jintsuu META
Although you are kinda late now, you won't able to get her to MLB so don't really bother

You should have your focus on PR4 and your Priority should be:
FdG
Anchorage
Rest of PR4
You can do other seasons in Between for the PR Missions

You get points from Getting a New ship, MLBing her and getting her to 120
Those are accumulated for each faction

I'm back to seek for some advice / help for the current event and fleets 
For the normal & hard maps do i have to 3star them?
Can i have some help on the purchase priority for the event shop items ? ( is that gun good for guam ?)
Is 3x a day on the event pull a decent strat to try for constellation & the submarine girl ? i gotten guam at 20th pull but then i went for more currently sitting at around 60-ish.
For my team comp , um currently my guam is lv70 with mlb (once i have 20k to mlb her) , how should i slot her into my current lineup ?
