Penn in the middle
Portland Z23 Helena in that order

Also I suggest you reread Sam's guide cause I'm sure they would've told you a different comp

according to the beginners guide, 5-1 is where midgame starts

and yes, i saw the guide with the portland and helena recommendations, but im debating on whether its worth it or not

Mid game is open to interpretation but sure

5-1 def still means running them

Helena is an overpowered ship and Portland will carry you pretty far , if you read them guide them you will know to upgrade Portland no matter what since she is required for rookie

my vanguard still holds just fine, im actually more worried about the backline, because hiryuu dies pretty much all the time
