You need volga/aquilla for w13h and w15 only and game do not rush you to do this stages as fast as possible

13 is just more aa for the w12 mob fleet, the boss fleet for w12 will work for 13 too

so ships that need to be replaced are unzen, shimakaze, uvh, kronshtadt, york2, Musashi, vanguard, biszwei, implacable and hakuryu

fdg/gascogne for uvh

shoukaku for hakuryuu

yuudachi for shimakaze (retrofit yuudachi)

Prinz eugen for kronshtadt, try to get agir asap

also coin your gascogne to dev30

warspite, howe and Duke of York can replace Musashi biszwei and vanguard

Saratoga/essex can replace york2

unzen can be replaced by any DPS ship like kawakaze(aug), an shan/Chang chun (retrofit), Sandy, etc
