I'm guessing your focus is on season 5? I don't know maybe you can just hold out for brest and Harbin but switching to 4 is probably the better action still.

i use that, it's a good sub fleet

opsi is a decent way to get a little sub exp for free so make sure you have them on autocall

#

considering your sanfran isn't limit broken at all

you can use heinrich on that BB fleet

while you're doing anchorage catchup, coin FdG and Gascogne (10 a day each if you can, but FdG is the priority)

when Gascogne hits dev 30, switch to Gascogne catchup

#

take those 300 gascogne prints, and convert them to protocores

build cheshire, coin her to dev 30, and do the same thing with her 300 prints

then you can buy a Tenrai for your shinano

by then Drake will be coinable, you can coin her, eat that catchup, and that's another 3k protocores

but at some point you'll want to do the Agir and Haku catchups as well, to actually feed the prints to those ships

however you wanna juggle all this is on you

since 12-4 is good for coin/leveling and I still have some ships to level
and OP gets me a lot of gear lab gear that I need
