this thing is in core shop
it's like a reverse beacon, slows your airstrike by a bit but increases damage by a bit, good for helping sync up if some of your carriers are just a little too fast
if you don't have 2x1000lb fighters to spare then pirate squad is fine

if you want to use her with Shinano and Hakuryuu, you'll still get better consistency using a slow/stop ship as support instead

also that's not a full fast comp it's still like 20-ish seconds and can go with Helena if you want
