If not possible to craft 155kai normal 155 is fine
If no beacons for boss use saiun and cata, enty might be behind
You can use triple 410 Kai for sushi if unable to craft twin if so replace white shell for hsfcr
All augs are optional, but DONT use bowgun on bbs
Tldr:those (use zwei instead of Bismarck,down for 1/2, up for 3/4, keep your current Helena gun)

I did 14-1 with that fleet and it was alright besides anchorage dying once

14-1 is baby steps
from 14-3 mobs get a lot harder
the 14-2 boss is a real PIA and 14-4 mandates good staggering on the boss fleet

I know you don't have everything but some of the stuff like the 155 Kais are non negotiable for W14
so you'll pick up more of the gear in the process farming OpSi
