You can get a UR Bulin from completing all those missions btw and you "get" one every month by buying one with 4k Specialised Cores

This is only after three battles on 10–4. This is how low she gets and how quickly she gets that low.

also, as you saw, of course, my depot doesn’t have the greatest gear in it right now. not sure how I’m supposed to craft more gear because I don’t even have the ability right now. It says to craft a lot of SR or higher gear if any at all.

Side tip but do not spend gold plates on meh gear like quad bofors especially when quad bofors doesn't have a gear lab upgrade you can use to reclaim plates

I would put Monarch as a flag in Bossing once you Dev 30 her, and kick out the Flex
Owari could work too since she's a pretty decent BB in general but you got her kinda low level and not mlb
You should level up Helena since her Radar skill is a really good debuff skill (40% more damage for 10s every 20s)
I highly recommend getting your Unzen MLB asap and put her in any of those 2 fleets in the third spot
And what I mean for Flex is just put in something you already got leveled

You shouldn't really care about Sanrui's Fate Simulation that much, it's better if you finish coining Monarch first, if you plan using her

But like Riceist said Nelson/Owari works for Flag too if you don't really want to rush Monarch's Dev 30

I just ended up removing all gear from every character that I had SR gear on to start fresh. That being said, this is what the depot looks like now.

on another note though, are there also any characters I should just work on leveling up to catch them up to those other characters because I don’t mind doing that if I have to. I’m not necessarily in any rush to get 10 finished and start on 11
