well firstly w13 and w14 are 2 different breeds

w13 is just w12 on steroids aka plane hell and w14 is alot of stuff

i try to get to the point where i can clear the story and maybe have a good auto farm on the best possible map for grinding PR ships

basicly additional enhancements beyond dev30 that provide luck stat and enhance 1/2 skills for pr/dr respectively

you can pretty much run any team in w12-1 and lvl em at the same time

i mean percy and unis preloads

and then percy becomes a dead slot

for world 14, should i use volga instead of one of them, she's 120

volga would be better in that team than percy yes

but that wouldnt be the only replacement for w14 ud have to make

you wouldnt use non mlb ships, the same deal applies to pr ships which is d30

theres very few exceptions when its acceptable

but not for a selfish dps like drake which is missing dmg and thats basicly all she does

also dont hijack threads, make ur own and post ur dock if u want help with w14 fleets

this is a question not rly related to my world but i seem to have insane bad gear, and all the gear i see in the tier lists are from gear lab, i checked my gear lab and i can almost craft nothing, specially in anti air and torpedo planes

Most gear is from research. It might look like gearlab is popular because research gear eventually goes into it.

You need take that stuff with a grain of salt. The diff between top and bottom could even be negative. Like the purple gun is absolute best until Chapter 12.
