which usually concides with low tech launch timers for cv fleets and bb fleets

#

this means most of ur dmg from the salvo will crash in shield

#

u either got enough rld oath and stuff to launch earlier than 20s

or u hold off ur salvo/strike for like 3s for ur vang to pop the shield
