to explain, my suggestion minimizes "starting over". are helena and saratoga better than vincenzo, indy, arizona, and shoukaku? of course. but you can't use them NOW.

it means you can use your best and most expensive ships that should cost 80 oil but will only cost 37 or whatever the cost limit is.

I’m on world 7-2 but some of ships levels are 1 to 55 so do I just grind right now

only one of the ships I suggested is under level 78 and that's unicorn. you probably seriously need a gear check but just go for it. for unicorn if you have some xp books go ahead and give unicorn some
