I feel hard to complete the levels from W13 and I've improved few since last time I formed one. Can anyone based on the ships I got and form a mob fleet and boss fleet for me? If the ship I don't have but kinda easy to get like from shop, you may use them to form too, just tell me where to get her.

w13 pretty much can be dealt with a 3CV/L mob fleet and 1 aa carry on boss fleet

you got high enough levels on your ships and you got plenty of options so as long as you follow this and gear them accordingly you could do well with w13

Can you try to form 1 for me as example? I would like to use that fleet for a long time though like for hard mode, event stages, opsi etc

well you cant really do that since for one a general use fleet doesnt really exist

but for an example unikai indepkai cv jervis cl/dd cl/dd for mob would work

then for bossing ig somethin like nj vanny shinano tank sandy cl/dd would work

So.. mob fleet is like CV/L and try to get as much hp recover ships for clearing mobs while
Boss fleet is like get the strongest fleet as possible?

unikai is the only healer you need and you want cvs because it gives you higher air parity (iirc) so less plane pressure

boss fleet is simply just dealing with the boss so not much explaining to do there
