i would get independence from core data and retrofit her

this is really scuff, im just gonna default to someone who knows better

tbh you might just have to stick with a single fleet until you have more max limit breaks

generally speaking, you have 3 main fleets in opsi
mob
bb
cv

for a cv fleet, you would need kazagumo (or any ship that has the skill "air raid assistance") and sirius
