Need Help with OpSi fleets, these are all my Elite~UR Ships
PS: If I need to level up any ship, just tell me to

uhh I'm not an expert or anything, but I'll try to help

based on your current ships and levels
mob: hood(flag), unikai, indep // chesire(tank), yuki, +1
boss bb: monarch (flag), vanguard, warkai // roon(tank), helena, unzen
boss cv: hmm not sure since ur missing some core cvs/vanguard support units, but you can run
Enty + your best cvs // need a main tank + (ideally get sirius + kazagumo)

Keep in mind I can just level up ships if needed

So make any changes you want

Is Ark Royal Retro good for Boss Fleet?

Or do I not bother and wait for a good CV banner?

you can use sirius as the main tank for cv fleet too
