Yeah, prob not but it would be better for Akeno to focus on bis2 for now and some what on Owari, Implac just too costly to develop alongside Bis2

Yeah just use them as you get them, just don't spread them across many ships, max one first and then work on the next

Twin 410mm is better as main gun
That gold plane is worse than the SB2C Helldiver anyway (Helldiver is pretty much the best dive bomber aside from URs)
secondary gun and aa gun don't matter much, anything with fp would be better than fuel tank as 2nd aux

I did some tactical gold speanding and acquired a whole one of these

And I got a fire control radar +7 of of king George V
And who else goes in fleet 2

Use it on Owari ig and use the next 3 you get on Owari as well

And here put Owari instead of Bisko and Bisko instead of Impla
Or ig Bisko could go into boss? 
Not sure you can make a good 2nd fleet
But put Eugen as tank in 2nd fleet I suppose

This is what I came up with
Put KGV middle
And yeah this whole thing is not ideal, but ig it's the best you can do for now with those limit breaks and levels
Oh yeah and probably use Javelin over Laffey
Also get rid of one of your Z23 and feed it to the other (limit break)
For long term ships you should work on are URs ofc, Unicorn, finish Regensburg ig, Enterprise, Owari, Otto, Nelson (probably no need with Owari, but if you put Owari in boss she'll be good for mob, better than KGV anyway), Portland (what did you even do with her) and Helena (Can't seem to find her either, but these 2 are available in guild shop, so buy them there if you don't have them)
