My ruppy/chkalov are still low level so they arent in the SS but i got them and soon D30 ,my ply and brest are both D25.
Are the following fleets the best i got
W14 Mob :aquila/chkalov/ruppy/inde(which one to choose among the 4),fdg,uni,yat/Brest(which one is better),chang and harbin
Boss: nano,zwei, haku,Agir,ply and ancho

99% sure on this, just use the closest alternative you have to gear you don't have
Also if mob struggles try switching chk to aql
It also helps if you have a functioning sub fleet
Actually shit put a french AA on Brest
