im at 11-1 at the moment and i wanna know who do i focus/lvl and what do i do mostly for progression in this stage of the game

First priority is getting your best ships to 120 or 125. Those should include Enterprise, Unicorn, Independence, Monarch, Prinz Heinrich, Chang Chun, Roon M, Yuudachi, San Diego

Boss: Musashi, Enterprise, Saratoga, Roon Muse, Yuddachi, Henrich

Albion is another good choice for Mob, she doesn't get talked about much but she's one of my personal favourites to pair with Unicorn

what do i do for progression other than mindlessly farming opsi

try get to world 12-4 is a good point for farming coins and exp. Farming opsi will give you materials to make the better gears including some of the best gears you can't get elsewhere which will make w13 and w14 easier

ah she's not mlb is she? I had to get closer to see with how the screenshot is. Yeah you have heaps of bullins but you're pretty set for carriers atm then
you probably want to aim for FDG in the PR development side of things too

Acquiring and mlb'ing ships is best way to get tech points. In general bigger hulls give more points than smaller hulls, ie BB give more than CL which give more than DD. Within that higher rarity within each hull type giving more points than lower rarity

in terms of pr since i already have roon muse is it still worth it to get regular roon since im just currently doing her pr lvls or do i just go for the other pr1 ships

Her only real use for you would be for tech points but there would be cheaper and easier ways to get ironblood tech points
You'd be wanting to aim for FGG, Agir, Azuma, Plymouth, Cheshire, Kitakaze, AVP, Hakuryuu

Aight last question what's the best pr to focus rn since I have musashi for bb and poi for dd , I'm mostly leaning on azuma but 900 techpoints is kinda a pain to grind without spending all my bullins and exp books
Tho I just want a pr ship that's easily usable without needing to grind prints for d30

If you can get Agir, she's the best tank/damage dealer in the game and is very useable from dev15
If you can't then go for Anchorage
She'll be easier to get tech points for and get to dev30 and she's very useable from about dev20 and easier to get dev levels up on
