Thanks to the guys who gave some advice a while back. Fleet is revamped somewhat. Consulting the senseis here on what to focus next and who to use invite on (leaning towards Essex and the BB) after reading pins. Currently paused at 9-1 to catch up more ships.

So Saratoga > pianleve? If I have Uni in the 2nd (maybe mobbing) fleet, do I still need to level another healing carrier or should I get more damage in?
Which also begs the invite question. It's a chance for me to properly balance the next fleet
